Where to begin… I'll start when I was laid off from my job. Initial reaction: shock, disbelief and betrayal. I am still looking for gainful employment. And totally in denial about the serious possibility that I may have to change careers. Perfect.
Well at least I'll have time to cook…
And so it began.
I initially started trying out new recipes (Red wine as my companion), documenting them with pictures and posting to my facebook page entitled as "Dinner For One".
It became a fun way to pass the time in between job searching and pity parties. It was also a great way to have social interaction while being home alone all day.
